About Information Technology:
CRM BTRG is Business technology group, mainly involved in various application development and production support across the bank. BTRG teams are highly focus and working on latest technology platform to cater upcoming business needs under the strong leadership. The eCRM application is a crucial element in our Bank's Sales & Service initiative hence team is engaging in agile development and proactive monitoring for ensuring high system resiliency
About the Role:
. The desired candidate should have quality communication and technical skills and be able to work in a team environment to ensure quality support to Client business units. The position demands extensive experience in customer relation management support.
. The candidate must also possess experience in software development, deployment, maintenance & management of cross-functional teams as well as departments.
. This position will add business value by delivering optimal solutions, through a team of technology professionals, which efficiently use our current environment and take advantage of new technologies to build highly utilized and effective applications.
. The position will include the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of systems and acting as interface with various business partners for BAU support as well as execution of projects to improve system performance & stability.
. Strong skills in applications development mainly within Web communication and customer engagement technology.
. The person should possess Strong analytical skills to understand Business requirements and make technical recommendations for a cost effective solution with clear understanding of the Technical architecture.
. The person should possess knowledge of all phases of Software development so as to effectively monitor the design, coding, testing and debugging and implementation. Skilled to set up and support large scale inbound and outbound Contact Centre setup
Key Responsibilities:
. Proactively managing application support function with ensuring system availability as agreed with business.
. Provide quality service delivery with help of application partner and business users.
. Regularly meeting with application partner for open issues & monitor the performance of support & project delivery.
. Planning and solution designing of critical problems, change request with calculated risk assessment.
. Periodically review the system performance and capacity to avoid any impact on availability.
. Conduct periodic checklist review and append the same as and when needed.
. Participate in handover process of new functionality, project delivery for future support.
. Participate in BCP Drill activity & update the Runbook if any new change added / removed in the existing system.
. Preparation of Project documents as per SDLC and follow the guideline set by organization.
. Ability to drive the project deliverables independently with some guidance from supervisor.
. Support periodic platform upgrades and assist with troubleshooting scheduling issues that may arise with business users.
. Should possess experience in techniques and technology leading to the production and design of complex systems including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection and design configuration.
Qualifications:
BE/ B. Tech / MCA / Graduate
Role Proficiencies:
. Experience in .Net development of customer relation management applications.
. Technically sound on MS SQL 2k16 and Oracle, Dot Net 4.7, Eclipse framework,
. Cloud platform awareness including AWS, Azure & GCP
. Exposure on Gen AI / Agentic AI would be advantage
. Certified / Trained on Agile framework
. Certified on ITIL framework
