Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Technicians Team Leader to manage and lead a team of technicians handling IT hardware deployment, maintenance, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of hardware technicians.

Oversee installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals.

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely service delivery.

Handle escalated technical issues and provide on-site/remote support when required.

Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.

Coordinate with operations and sales teams for deployments and client requirements.

Ensure adherence to company processes and service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in hardware support with team handling exposure.

Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, networking basics, and IT hardware troubleshooting.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT rental or service-based organizations.

Basic knowledge of asset management tools and documentation.
