Responsibility Deliverable -

• Smooth functioning of POS across all the regions
• Easy installation and operations in POS
• New initiatives/points for development in POS
• Integration of online digital platforms with POS
• Integration and easy functioning of Loyalty program in POS
• Generation of Error free Monthly reports
• Timely resolving Tickets for the department

Tasks & Activities -

• POS(Petpooja) Functioning
• Ticketing (response within 5 min and resolution within an hour)
• New Store POS installation
• POS Development (Frond End & Backend development)
• POS Points Finalization & Execution

Softwares Knowledge -

• Petpooja
• Sangam CRM
• Sales Babu CRM
• Magicinfo

Software's used in the company -

• Point of Sales – PetPooja
• Business development – Salesforce CRM
• Ticketing tool – Sangam CRM
• DMB artwork update – MagicInfo
• Loyalty management – reelo

Qualification – Bachelor's Degree in Programming, Computer Science or related field
