Providing day-to-day technical support to our growing staff of 50+ employees.
Responsible for full-cycle onboarding and set up for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc., ensuring that all employees have access to systems, hardware, and software to complete their job duties.
Administration of G Suite, Slack, Windows, Mac OS, JIRA, Confluence, Zoom, Zendesk, etc.
Assisting in the implementation and execution of security initiatives.
Responsible for maintenance and asset management of Mac, PCs, printers, tablets, key fobs, and accessories.
Deploying/validating system application updates & security patches.
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS).
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of Hands-On IT Systems & Network Support experience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in G Suite Cloud Administration.
Strong experience in Mac & Windows OS.
CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
Ability to problem solve and multi-task & learn in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
