Job Description


  • Providing day-to-day technical support to our growing staff of 50+ employees.
  • Responsible for full-cycle onboarding and set up for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc., ensuring that all employees have access to systems, hardware, and software to complete their job duties.
  • Administration of G Suite, Slack, Windows, Mac OS, JIRA, Confluence, Zoom, Zendesk, etc.
  • Assisting in the implementation and execution of security initiatives.
  • Responsible for maintenance and asset management of Mac, PCs, printers, tablets, key fobs, and accessories.
  • Deploying/validating system application updates & security patches.
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS).
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of Hands-On IT Systems & Network Support experience.

  • Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience in G Suite Cloud Administration.
  • Strong experience in Mac & Windows OS.
  • CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task & learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
