Role Description
We have multiple openings for IT System Administrator & IT Managers. The positions are full-time in a hybrid role at Alyssum Global Services in Noida, with flexibility for remote work.
Core Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong Experience in Backups & related solutions

Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years to 10 Years in IT Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities (IT System Administrators):
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Oversee network infrastructure, including switches and routers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure and maintain firewalls to safeguard network traffic.
- Manage and support cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, Azure VMs, Google Cloud Platform), ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems.
- Maintain and administer Active Directory and Intune, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other to design and implement new technologies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities (IT System Manager):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff, across multiple global locations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based services and applications.
- Manage cloud resources and optimize costs, ensuring efficient utilization of cloud services.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including cloud, network, Active Directory, 365 , applications as Jira and more.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
