Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site IT Support Specialist to join our team at our Kolkata office. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting technology issues, managing and maintaining desktop computers, and resolving user concerns through help desk services. The role includes performing regular system maintenance, identifying and fixing technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system and user-related issues effectively
• Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and related hardware
• Strong background in Information Technology to understand and manage IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience in Help Desk Support to address and resolve user inquiries and technical challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist non-technical users
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
