YOUR TASKS
Work experience: 5 Years and more
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely.
Escalate and resolve second-level support cases when required.
Document incidents, solutions, and processes in the knowledge base.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard IT applications and systems.
Collaborate with the onsite colleague in Germany for tasks requiring local presence.
Work hand-in-hand with the Infrastructure Team to escalate, coordinate, and resolve complex issues.
Ensure timely and professional handling of support requests with a strong customer focus.
Your Qualifications
Essential Skills
Proven experience in IT helpdesk, service desk, or technical support roles
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365 and other common business applications
Solid knowledge of Active Directory: User and group management, password resets, access rights
Good knowledge of Network infrastructure: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi
Experienced with ticketing systems
Desirable Skills (not a must but would be an advantage)
Proficiency in Linux environments
