Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain and update the complete IT asset inventory, including lifecycle tracking from procurement to decommissioning.

● Conduct regular physical asset verification, reconciliation, and coordinate with procurement/finance for tagging, disposal, and audits.

● Manage all user devices through MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, updates, and security compliance.

● Monitor antivirus, patching, and endpoint security; assist with vulnerability management and VPN/Sophos Firewall (good to have).

● Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

● Resolve common IT issues (hardware, software, network, email, VPN) and escalate critical incidents when required.

● Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3–6years of IT support/asset management experience.

● Strong knowledge of MDM tools, antivirus solutions, IT compliance, and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and common applications.

● Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

● Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow) and familiarity with Active Directory and user management.

● Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, VPN) and knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident, Change, and Asset Management. Location: Bangalore
