We're looking for a proactive and technically curious IT Support Intern who is passionate about solving technical challenges, supporting business operations, and ensuring seamless IT experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and proactively identify system issues.
- Perform network monitoring and provide first-level resolution for connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related incidents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for issue resolution, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Conduct routine system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of IT support requests.
- Manage IT assets and inventory including device allocation, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, configurations, and resolutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT infrastructure and access-management perspective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and system connectivity.
- Hands-on exposure to Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and application support.
- Understanding of IT service management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
