• Cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring.

3. Technical Support Services

• Helpdesk and remote support.
• On-site troubleshooting and user support.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware.
• Replacement and warranty services coordination.

4. IT Consultancy and Project Management

• IT strategy planning and technology assessments.
• Project management for system upgrades or deployments.

5. Procurement and Supply

Sourcing and supply of IT hardware including:

• Desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations
• Servers and storage devices
• Networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Printers, scanners, and peripherals

Coordination with vendors for timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

6. Installation and Configuration

Installation of hardware supplied at designated sites.

Configuration of systems to meet client requirements, including:
