Role: IT Support Intern

Duration: 6 Months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Interns to join our IT team. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and employee IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and peripherals

• Assist employees with login, email, system access, and other IT-related issues

• Support the IT team in maintaining day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations

Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates currently pursuing/recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
