Job Title: IT Support Intern

Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 5,000 per month

Post-Internship Employment with Salary Based on performance

About the Role:

We are looking for fresh engineering graduates (Batch 2024/2025) with a strong interest in Networking, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Governance to join our IT Support team as Interns. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to IT support functions, with an opportunity for full-time employment as an IT Support Engineer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support for system and network-related tasks.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency.
• Support in IT security initiatives, including compliance and governance activities.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve IT-related queries.
• Assist in the documentation of IT policies, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in IT support.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields (2024/2025 batch).
• Basic understanding of Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Security concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT domain.
