Job Description-We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, network troubleshooting, and system support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and CCTV systems.
Key Responsibilities-Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic security policies
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and monitoring tools
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
Handle IT asset management and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Skills & Knowledge-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux (preferred)
Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and support
Experience with software installation, upgrades, and patches
Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network devices)
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tickets
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Basic understanding of firewalls and network security
IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
