IT Executive – 4-Star Hotel | Short JD

* Maintain hotel IT systems, computers, servers and network.

* Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, printers and POS.

* Support PMS/IDS, F&B and other hotel software.

* Manage CCTV, EPABX, IPTV and access-control systems.

* Handle user accounts, email, antivirus and backups.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

* Provide technical support to all departments.

* Maintain IT assets, documentation and security.

* Handle urgent IT issues and support hotel operations.
