IT Support Executive

Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in the setup of new hardware and software for employees.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Train users on new software applications and best practices in IT.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to improve systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
