Job Description

  • Manage and support Windows and macOS systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Handle site infrastructure tasks, such as network cabling, configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventory, including tracking and updating hardware and software assets.
  • Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft solutions and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for end-user technical support, ensuring quick resolution of IT issues.
  • Work collaboratively with global and local IT teams to ensure smooth IT operations at the site.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, inventory, and support processes.
