Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory).
• Support Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network connectivity.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
• Experience with firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
