We are seeking an IT Support Engineer (On Field) with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to clients in Bangalore
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Perform system upgrades and patches
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
