Position Overview:

Provided end-to-end IT support for R&D site, ensuring alignment with global standards and business needs. Acted as a key contact for IT issues, maintaining service continuity across infrastructure, lab systems, and end-user services. Managed lab instrument software, connectivity, and site IT assets while supporting network/server operations. Collaborated with stakeholders and vendors to deliver IT solutions, drive project execution, and ensure compliance with data integrity and IT policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to end IT support for laboratory systems, including benchtop computing, instrument software, and lab applications
• Coordinate with instrument vendors to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and system reliability
• Support site IT infrastructure, business applications, and execution of local/global IT projects
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT services through hands-on support and collaboration with global teams
• Deliver IT support for pilot plant and facility automation systems, including data centers and network environments
• Manage stakeholder communication, IT procurement, asset lifecycle, and compliance documentation
• Act as a key contact for end-user IT issues outside standard service scope, ensuring timely resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Veterinary Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D and laboratory operations is an added advantage
• Strong technical troubleshooting expertise across Windows desktops and servers, networking, printing services, IP telephony, servers, storage, and network equipment
• Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in support and implementation
• Good knowledge of desktop platforms, server environments, and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Power Platform
• Working knowledge of RDBMS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies such as AI tools
• Proven ability to monitor, manage, and support IT infrastructure and services in high-pressure environments
