Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in NAVIS SPARCS N4 within a container terminal environment.
Key Requirements
- Mandatory experience with NAVIS SPARCS N4 / Terminal Operating System (TOS)
- 5 years of experience in container terminal operations
- 3+ years in IT Support Engineer / TOS Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Port & Terminal Operations
- Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and TOS-related issue resolution
