Job Description

  • Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, OS, and applications
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems
  • Manage LAN/WAN issues, routers, switches & basic network configurations
  • Format systems, install MS Office, and perform software updates
  • Assist with domain controller, user accounts, AD & shared folder permissions
  • Install & troubleshoot digital signatures
  • Ensure antivirus installation and endpoint compliance
