Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Sirhind. The IT Support Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system and network issues, and managing system administration tasks. They will also be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and responding to help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting system and network issues
  • Experience in System Administration and infrastructure management
  • Help Desk Support capabilities to resolve user queries and tickets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
