IT Support Engineer

. Provide support for Windows system (Server & Client) administration.

. Windows server/client security compliance and remediation.

. Support email infrastructure built on Exchange/O365 and client-side Outlook issues.

. Setup and troubleshoot core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print services.

. Support O365 services - Intune, Teams, OneDrive.

. Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.

. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
