Role: Software and Hardware Infrastructure Implementation and Support

What is your Role

• Technical Support (L1/L2):

Provide first and second-line support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.

• Network Administration:

Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.

• System Maintenance:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices.

• User Management:

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other tools.

• Security & Compliance:

Ensure IT systems are secure with antivirus tools, endpoint protection, and firewall rules. Support compliance with IT policies.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

Use tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar to proactively monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents.

• Backup & Recovery:

Implement and monitor regular data backup routines and ensure system restore processes are in place.

• Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date IT documentation including network diagrams, asset inventories, and support logs.

• Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with hardware/software vendors and service providers for AMC, troubleshooting, and procurement.

• IT Asset Management:

Track, manage, and maintain IT inventory including laptops, desktops, routers, and other IT equipment.

Who you are :

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.

• Keep yourself updated with the latest trends in Hardware and Software Infrastructure.
• Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
