IT Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our users, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and update knowledge base articles.
• Support network connectivity issues and assist with network troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
