Analyst – IT Infrastructure - 3+years - Kochi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst – IT Infrastructure to join our IT & Systems team at DBiz AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage and support End-User Computing devices, Office 365 administration (including Intune and Entra ID), network and firewall maintenance, IT asset management, and compliance-related documentation. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring system security, maintaining SOC/ISO-related documentation, and collaborating with teams to maintain smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support laptops, desktops, and other End-User Computing devices.
- Administer Office 365, including Intune and Entra ID.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely IT support.
- Maintain network infrastructure and firewall configurations.
- Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain SOC and ISO compliance-related documentation and take necessary responsibility for adherence.
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.
- Implement IT security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in IT systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of End-User Computing support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Office 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration.
- Understanding of network and firewall maintenance.
- Experience in managing CCTV and biometric attendance devices.
- Familiarity with SOC/ISO compliance documentation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
