Job Title: IT Support
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support team member to help maintain our Microsoft 365 environment and provide day-to-day technical assistance to the team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations and secure system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including user creation, license management, and access permissions.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Implement and support data security practices, including password resets, MFA setup, and activity monitoring.
- Support software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Maintain clear documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
Ideal Candidate:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (preferred).
