This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support professional. The IT Support professional will handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and offer assistance with desktop computers and related IT systems. Responsibilities will also include managing help desk tickets, collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges, and ensuring effective IT infrastructure operations.

• Strong expertise in Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with desktop computers and related hardware
• Knowledge of Information Technology and help desk support
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a similar IT support role is a plus
• Certification in IT-related fields or relevant degree is preferred
