- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems, including PMS, POS, call accounting, HSIA (guest internet), key card systems, IPTV, and back-office applications.
- Provide timely support to hotel departments for any IT-related issues.
- Ensure all systems run efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and ensure secure and stable internet access for guests and staff.
- Maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN connections.
- Conduct system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are documented and tested.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, patch management, and data protection protocols.
- Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, PCI DSS requirements, and local data privacy regulations.
- Respond to security alerts and incidents promptly.
- Supervise IT staff or external technicians; assign tasks and manage daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Assist with IT budget planning, inventory management, and procurement of equipment.
- Support technology-related projects such as system upgrades, new technology deployment, and infrastructure improvements.
- Test new systems and applications before rollout.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, manuals, and asset inventories.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of IT experience, ideally in hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, PBX, IPTV, HSIA).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call rotations.
