Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Customization
- Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on Salesforce (SFDC).
- Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Batch programs.
- Perform Salesforce administration, including accounts/profiles creation, field updates, layouts, reports, dashboards, flows, and approvals.
- Support Salesforce configuration tasks and handle break/fix issues.
- Conduct data migration using Salesforce Data Loader.
Web & Front-End Development
- Apply JavaScript-specific design patterns combined with CSS, HTML, Ajax, and jQuery for custom functionality.
- Maintain integration with Salesforce web services (WSDL, SOQL, SOSL).
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects and priorities using project management best practices.
- Communicate with technical teams and stakeholders on status, issues, and solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and facilitate continuous improvement.
Research & Continuous Improvement
- Research new Salesforce prototypes and applications.
- Maintain operational procedures and document best practices.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.
