IT- Staff Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, and support global data center and WAN network infrastructure.
• Manage multiple large-scale network transformation and infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and provide advanced troubleshooting support.
• Work on network optimization, performance improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Implement network automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, knowledge base, and operational standards.
• Identify risks, gaps, and network vulnerabilities and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise network architecture decisions.
• Support integration and connectivity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and network monitoring standards.
• Audit existing network systems and enforce best practices across infrastructure.
