IT Specialist/Support

Our client, a renowned Award-Winning Architecture Firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the team as an IT Specialist/Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, covering desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, connectivity and peripheral-related issues
• Provide support for common workplace applications, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other business applications
• Assist users with account access, passwords, permissions and general system-related enquiries
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, user accounts and IT equipment for new employees
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware
• Assist with basic network, Wi-Fi, printer and connectivity troubleshooting
• Maintain proper records and inventory of IT hardware, software licences and equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant IT support / helpdesk / desktop support experience
• Good hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and common workplace IT systems
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, software and connectivity issues
