Role Description

This is a full-time on-site IT Specialist role located in Chennai. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and hardware. Daily tasks will include managing system upgrades, ensuring cybersecurity measures, conducting regular system inspections, and providing technical support to team members. The IT Specialist will also assist in developing IT solutions to enhance efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT system management, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure configuration
• Technical expertise in implementing and managing system upgrades
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and in an onsite environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or electric products industry is a plus
