We're Hiring: IT Solutions Sales Executive – Chennai, India

Location: Chennai, India – On-site

Experience: Minimum 3 years

We are looking for a confident and dynamic IT Solutions Sales Executive with proven experience in selling technology products and IT solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, understand how to present technology solutions to clients, and be comfortable appearing in social media videos and promotional content representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.

• Sell and promote the company's IT solutions, software, and technology services.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities.

• Participate in social media videos, product presentations, reels, and promotional content when required.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Solutions / Software / Technology Sales.

• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

• Good understanding of IT solutions, software products, or digital technology services.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Comfortable creating or participating in social media video content.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Candidates currently based in Chennai are preferred.
