Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Plan and execute user interviews, analyze outcomes, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively through storytelling and facilitation, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Drive UX initiatives independently, ensuring decisions are backed by data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design strategy and product direction.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices in interaction design.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher for enterprise-grade software or complex IT systems.
• Expert knowledge of UX research methods, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing case studies or user research project documentation where you played the lead role.
• Showcase use cases where you delivered user-centered solutions, strategic thinking, and measurable impact.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Experience handling customer data and deriving insights for design decisions.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with excellent written & communication.
• Prior experience in consulting or similar environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
