At IT Services, we're passionate about software development. Our Store Solution team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Software Developer guiding our development teams as a Lead Developer with a strong hands-on attitude. You'll join a diverse environment with plenty of opportunities to grow.

We provide a competitive edge to the group by collecting and processing data from approximately 35,000 connected devices across DHL retail stores in Germany. To enable these stores to offer postal services and sell products, we develop and maintain a range of software solutions-from stationary cashbox systems to mobile applications. Since our work directly impacts the customer experience, product quality is our highest priority.

• Setting up a team in India and keeping in touch with Development Lead in Germany as well as Architecture to ensure the success of the project.
• Ensure the timely delivery of Software packages with strict commitment to the highest standards of quality.
• Design and conception of customer requirements
• Refinement of customer requirements
• Front-end development in the Pack-/Poststation environment. Implementation of new components (Angular, TypeScript) and processes within the framework of accessibility.
• Support with troubleshooting and debugging on the Pack-/Poststation front end for stabilization
• Development of tests with Jest on the Pack-/Poststation front end to increase quality
• Technical leadership of the Indian front-end development team

Professional Requirements:

• Completed degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable vocational training with relevant practical application
• Senior level knowledge and profund working experience of Angular, Typescript and Javascript
• Good knowledge of Web-API, HTML & CSS
• More than 5 years of software developing experience
• More than 3 years experience in working as a Development Lead
• Experience in working on international teams, preferably working with Germany
