Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, self-driven US Sales Professional to lead client acquisition for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new clients across key US industry verticals.
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
- Achieve and exceed net-new revenue and orderbook goals.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CXOs, technology & procurement leaders).
- Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, and Practice teams to shape client solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and sales reporting.
- Represent the organization at industry forums and client interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of proven success selling IT services in the US market (hunter profile).
- Experience in digital transformation offerings: Cloud, AI, Product Engineering, Data & Analytics, Custom Software Development.
- Strong understanding of US enterprise buying cycles and decision-making.
- Ability to drive strategic, consultative conversations with senior leaders.
- Track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets through net-new wins.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Background with IT services firms or global system integrators.
- Domain exposure: BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing.
- Experience in solution selling, value-based sales, or partner-driven GTM models.
