Job Description

In-depth experience with the ITOM overall. Must be an expert in Agent Client Collector (ACC)

This would include:

  • update sets knowledge/management,
  • dashboard creation/management,
  • policy creation/management,
  • check definition/instance creation/management,
  • MID Server installation/management,
  • Agent Client collector installation/management,
  • event/alert management rule creation/management
  • overall ITOM troubleshooting capabilities.
