Project Role Description:
Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and effective management of risk to services. Provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available.
Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks to services. Your typical day will include providing operational support and managing the Configuration Database and CI Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and effective risk management.
- Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available.
- Manage the Configuration Database and CI Management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Strong understanding of Configuration Database and CI Management
- Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networks
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies
Additional Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management is required.
- Educational Qualification: BE Graduates.
