IT Service desk associate

Description

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Associate to provide technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to help others resolve their IT-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage and prioritize incoming service requests and incidents in a ticketing system.
• Document and update technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees by providing necessary IT support.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
• Maintain asset inventory and assist with IT asset management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT support processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Basic understanding of ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

Qualification: Any graduates/10+3 Diploma

Experience:6months - 4years in IT Service Desk/International Technical support voice process

Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational off

Salary: 5Lakhs-5.5 lakhs + Shift Allowance
