Lead and manage serialization and Track-and-Trace activities in alignment with international regulatory requirements. including but not limited to DSCSA-HDA, DGFT, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Unicef..
Serve as the primary point of contact for serialization-related queries from the Supply Chain team and coordinate with plant teams for investigation and resolution.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with all regulatory authorities and government bodies at regular intervals & as & when the queries come.
Apply knowledge of GTIN allocation rules as per GS1 standards on a country-specific basis.
Proficient in Track-and-Trace platforms such as TraceLink, AslBelgisi, ISMet, 1World sync; experience with other systems is advantageous.
Interpret, implement, and execute updates and guidelines issued by government bodies and regulatory authorities.
Provide packaging-related inputs relevant to serialization and regulatory labeling.
Oversee change control processes related to serialization systems and protocols.
Support and lead L4 implementation projects across plants and sites.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and documentation for the end-to-end serialization workflow.
Collaborate with internal departments (Regulatory, IT, Packaging, QA, Supply Chain, plant) and external partners to ensure process transparency and compliance.
