IT Security Lead - IAM Domain Specialist

Job Description

Identity and Access Management (IAM) has taken the center stage with growing digital transformation in Philips. It is critical to have good governance to enforce robust Identity and access management across multiple channels, including mobile, social and cloud. IAM helps strengthen compliance and reduce risk by protecting and monitoring user access in today's cloud based multi-perimeter environments.

IAM solutions help safeguard valuable data and applications with context-based access control, security policy enforcement and business-driven identity governance. Armed with user metrics and audit reports on user entitlements and access activities, you can deal more quickly and efficiently with the complexities of user access management, insider threats and compliance requirements.

Job Description Summary (Domain Specialist u2013 IAM (Entra ID))

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Being expert and architect in Microsoft technologies esp. Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID connect, and Radius authentication with AD services.
• Working experience in managing and implementing application integrations, MFA and conditional policies, application proxy, admin consents, graph API etc.
• Ability to provide architect direction and design, high level plan/dependency for infrastructure and platform project in line with IAM and security policies.
• Architecting solutions to simplify existing landscape with future proof technology and solutions.
• Being accountable to work with partner teams and product vendors in architecting and designing IAM solutions.
• Be accountable for IAM change management process and ensuring that all changes follow the process and deliver value.

Education & Experience:

Skills and Competencies:

• Overall 8-10 years of progressive experience and technical knowledge of infrastructure, application, platforms, and IAM domain.
• 6+ yearsu2019 hands-on experience in IAM solutions and design with focus on platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID and features like Single Sign-on, SAML/OIDC, PIM, Multi Factor authentication, Admin consent, LDAP, Certificate Administration, Radius authentication, Hardware token management, passwordless authentication etc.
• Ability to design solutions and provide directions for complex challenges working with stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify and design future proof solutions in the domain which leads to customer satisfaction and reduces total cost of ownership
• Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure design, architecture and applications, network authentication concepts.
• Good Stakeholder management skills
• Trustworthiness and integrity
• Excellent Communication Skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
