IT - Salesforce developer

Job description

- Design, develop, and deploy Marketing Cloud solutions on Salesforce platform

- Implement email marketing campaigns, automated journeys, and customer engagement strategies

- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and other third-party applications

- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages for Marketing Cloud

- Configure and manage Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and refactoring

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience

- 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder)

- Strong knowledge of Apex programming language, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

- Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs, ETFs, and AMPscript

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and third-party integrations

- Understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
