We partner with global clients — with a strong focus on the US market — to deliver transformative Microsoft Dynamics 365, data, and AI solutions. Our team of 60+ consultants brings deep technical and functional expertise across ERP, CRM, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.

We are expanding our Sales team to drive business growth across the US region and are looking for driven, commercially minded professionals who can engage confidently with US-based clients and partners.

Role Overview

We are hiring 2–3 Sales – Associate Consultants to join our Sales & Marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing client outreach, supporting sales cycles, and building relationships with prospects and partners in the US market. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and technical consultants to position Proso.ai's services and solutions effectively.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT services sales, a consultative approach to client engagement, and the ability to operate confidently in a US time zone environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within the US IT services market.
  • Generate leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects aligned to Proso.ai's core service offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and technology requirements.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with mid-market and enterprise-level prospects in the US across industries such as retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during the pre-sales phase.
  • Represent Proso.ai professionally in all client communications, calls, and virtual meetings.

Sales Cycle Support

  • Support the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach through to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft tailored solution proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare and present capability decks, case studies, and proposals to prospects.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity logs.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay up to date on trends in the US IT services landscape, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback to leadership.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Essential

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B IT services sales, business development, or inside sales — with direct exposure to the US market.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and support deal closures in an IT services or technology consulting environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — comfortable engaging with US clients on calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Strong understanding of IT services concepts including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.
  • Willingness and ability to work US shifts (EST / CST time zones).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales productivity platforms.

Preferred

  • Prior experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or related Microsoft solutions.
  • Exposure to IT staffing, managed services, or technology consulting sales in the North American market.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience working with US-based clients or within a US-facing sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
