Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Marketing Manager role, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Kloudkradle's AI Training Initiative, SaaS applications, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline initiatives, engaging with prospective clients, and nurturing relationships through presentations, demos, and follow-ups. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs, preparing performance reports, collaborating with technical and design teams on promotional materials, and optimizing the sales funnel.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in sales planning, client relationship management, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning in the technology or software services sector.
Proficiency with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online lead generation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in clear, client-friendly language.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in B2B sales or technology services or training services familiarity, and comfort working in a hybrid setup.
