Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust SaaS GTM strategy tailored for SMBs and mid-market segments.
- Identify and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) and define clear market entry tactics.
- Design, test, and optimize sales funnels, including lead gen, qualification, conversion, and retention.
- Coach and guide internal sales teams on value-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Evaluate existing sales processes and recommend automation tools, CRM workflows, and KPIs.
- Identify partnerships, channel alliances, and outbound strategies that scale.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align business goals with execution plans.
- Provide weekly progress reports, metrics, and roadmap-level suggestions to founders.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven record of building GTM strategies from scratch.
- Strong background in sales strategy, solution selling, and enterprise SaaS positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket SaaS deals and build/lead small sales teams.
- Excellent understanding of modern sales tech stacks (e. g., CRM, sales enablement tools).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, early-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
