ROLE DETAILS
- Own and drive new logo acquisition across markets — with clear revenue and pipeline accountability.
- Build and execute an outbound prospecting strategy: cold outreach, LinkedIn, referral, and ecosystem network.
- Run the full sales cycle — first contact → deep discovery → solution shaping → commercial negotiation → closure.
- Understand client business challenges in depth and position value-led, outcome-oriented technology offerings.
- Engage confidently with founders, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Product/Engineering as a credible commercial peer.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft differentiated, winning proposals.
- Represent Pratham Software at CXO level and build long-term relationships that compound into strategic accounts.
MUST HAVE
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
- 5–8 years of B2B IT services sales experience with a consistent track record of opening new logos.
- Hunter mindset — you open doors, you don't just manage what's been handed to you.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing CXOs, founders, and senior technology leadership level.
- Strong network within enterprise technology and business groups.
- Willing to work from Jaipur.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel to UK/US.
- Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, low-structure environment where you define your own rhythm.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Prior experience selling to or working with UK or US clients.
- Familiarity with offshore-onsite delivery models and how to position them to global clients.
- Exposure to AI, data, and digital transformation offerings — and how to translate them into business solutions.
- IT or Finance background is a plus.
- Experience at a product engineering, IT services, or consulting firm with global clientele.
