Role: IT Sales Intern

Location: Infopark Phase II, Kochi

Key Responsibilities

1.      Support the Sales team in lead generation and business development activities.

2.      Identify prospective clients through market research and outbound outreach.

3.      Assist in client communication through emails and follow-ups.

4.      Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers and related documentation.

5.      Schedule meetings and assist in sales presentations and demonstrations.

6.      Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

1.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2.      Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

3.      Enthusiasm to build a career in Sales and Business Development.

4.      Proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.

5.      Good organisational and coordination skills.

6.      Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior internship experience in IT Sales or Business Development roles will be an added advantage.
  2. Basic understanding of IT Services, Managed Services or technology solutions is preferred.
