Onsite Recruiter – IT Sales Hiring (US & Europe Markets)

Location: Chennai (Preferred) | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite | Full-Time

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in IT Sales hiring across SaaS, Enterprise, and B2B segments, specifically for US & Europe markets.

This is a high-impact role where hiring directly influences revenue and business growth.

Own end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles (US & Europe)

Hire for roles including:

• Sales Managers

• Account Managers

• Business Development Managers (BDM)

• Enterprise Sales Executives

Partner closely with business leaders to understand sales structures, KPIs & hiring plans

Source, screen, and close high-performing sales talent

Drive hiring strategies for SaaS & Enterprise sales teams

Maintain strong pipelines for niche & leadership sales roles

Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) and stakeholder satisfaction

Proven experience in IT Sales Hiring (SaaS / Enterprise / B2B)

Hands-on hiring for US and/or Europe markets

Strong understanding of sales KPIs:

• Quota

• ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)

• Deal Size

• Pipeline Management

Experience hiring mid to senior-level sales professionals

Excellent stakeholder & communication skills

Background from Product / SaaS companies (Top Priority)

IT consulting / staffing experience with strong sales hiring exposure

Proven ability to close critical & revenue-impacting roles

Understanding of sales compensation & incentive models

• Open to Male & Female candidates

• Willing to work onsite

• Immediate to short notice joiners preferred

• Strong ownership & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work with a leading fintech product organization

Exposure to global hiring (US & Europe)

Direct impact on business growth & revenue teams
