Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for an IT Sales Executive. We are seeking a motivated individual to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of IT solutions and services. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and assisting in achieving sales targets. Ideal for candidates with 0–3 year of experience who are looking to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT domain
  • Promote and sell IT products and services, including software, cloud solutions, and SaaS offerings
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of IT concepts such as software development, cloud services, infrastructure, and SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience Required: 0–3 Year
  • MBA (preferred) with specialization in Marketing, Sales, IT, or Business Development
